Voice of Planet

Voice of Planet (Classes III – IV)

The overuse of plastics in today's society has become a major environmental issue for our planet. Plastic pollution is the dumping, littering or disposing of any type of man-made plastic that has been produced and has ended up in our land and oceans and has not been recycled. This project aims at not only studying the effect of plastic in disturbing the delicate balance of the existing ecosystems but also learning to fight the problem by generating public awareness.

They took out a Rally to the market near the school carrying banners and chanting slogans. They enacted a Nukkad Natak in the market square urging the people around to ban plastics and minimize their use in their daily lives thus lending a helping hand in protecting the environment.

They received a positive response from the spectators who signed the pledge promising to support the cause by spreading the message further.
